Problem

CEO of this 800 person Media business brought us in to complete a Strategy & Roadmap project with a focus on AI.

Action

I led two contractors that I sourced to deliver this Strategy project. One technical and one commercial consultant. We interviewed the business departments, analysed their growth/AI plans and then presented a report with our recommendations to the board.
