VeritIQ (May 24) - Investment Memorandum

Problem

Founder of VeritIQ, at the time in Stealth mode, approached me in summer 2024 to work on a go-to-market strategy for a new disruptive software platform in Private Equity. The specific problem space is Data and AI-Powered Due Diligence for Early Stage Investment Decisions.

Action

This was a two month strategy project working on market research into the target addressable market, go-to-market strategy, AI research, competitor analysis, commercial growth plan and scenario modelling. The end product was a narrative as presentation in the Investment Memorandum (investment ask). The structure of the document was as follows:
